Peticija potpore Odsjeku za filozofiju HS

[Budući da nam je od 18. ožujka 2017. uskraćeno pravo uređivanja službene mrežne stranice Odsjeka za filozofiju Hrvatskih studija, stavljamo ovaj post ovdje.

Naša kolegica, profesorica Marta Ujvari, s partnerskog Sveučilišta u Corvinus u Budimpešti, predavala je na našem doktorskom studiju filozofiju. Kad je čula za  odluku Senata Sveučilišta u Zagrebu od 14. ožujka o ukidanju upisnih kvota za dvopredmetni preddiplomski studij filozofije na Hrvatskim studijima, pokrenula je online peticiju potpore. Peticiju je od pokretanja 21. ožujka u deset dana potpisala 1 721 osoba iz svih krajeva svijeta. Ovdje je popis zvučnijih imena iz svijeta filozofije, s ponekim komentarom. Neka nam ne zamjere kolege filozofi ako smo nekoga previdjeli. Svi članovi Odsjeka za filozofiju Hrvatskih studija duboko su zahvalni svim potpisnicima, bez obzira tko su i odakle su, na potpori.

Our colleague,  Professor Marta Ujvari from our Erasmus+ partner institution, Corvinus University in Budapest, taught a postgraduate course at our Department some years ago. When she heard of the decision of the Senate of the University of Zagreb to discontinue student enrolment to our undergraduate philosophy programme, she started an on-line petition. The petition was launched on 21 March and in ten days 1 721 persons all over the world signed it. Here is a list of philosophers of international reputation who have signed the petition, some leaving also a comment. We apologise if we oversaw some of our colleague philosophers. All members of the Department of Philosophy are deeply grateful for this support to all signatories, regardless of who they are and where they come from.

The community of analytic philosophers in Croatia is vibrant. Zagreb, in particular, is an important institute for the philosophy of science.
